 d in english.\nAnnotation\nThis webinar will introduce RAiD (Research Acti
 vity Identifier)\, a global persistent identifier designed to uniquely ide
 ntify research projects and activities throughout their entire lifecycle. 
 Participants will learn how RAiD connects information about projects\, res
 earchers\, institutions\, funding\, datasets\, publications\, and other re
 search outputs by linking existing persistent identifiers such as DOI\, OR
 CID\, and ROR. \n \nBenefits for attendees\, what they will learn\nThe w
 ebinar will present the key benefits of RAiD for research organisations\, 
 infrastructure providers\, research funders\, and research teams. It will 
 explore how RAiD can support more efficient management of project informat
 ion\, enhance research transparency\, and contribute to the development of
  an interconnected ecosystem of persistent identifiers. The session will a
 lso provide an overview of the current international development of the RA
 iD service and its implementation across the European and global research 
 landscape.\nLevel\nBeginner\, intermediate\, advanced\n \nLanguage\nEngli
 sh\n \nPrerequisites\nA basic understanding of persistent identifiers and
  an interest in open science.\n \nTutors\nMatthias Liffers He is the Prod
 uct Manager for the RAiD identifier at the Australian Research Data Common
 s (ARDC)\, where he is responsible for its technical development. Before j
 oining ARDC in 2019\, he spent many years working in research support and 
 as a data librarian at several Australian universities and research instit
 utes. Initially\, he led a programme focused on developing software skills
 \, before going on to build a community around software container orchestr
 ation.\n \nMarek Cebecauer He leads a research group at the J. Heyrovský
  Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Czech Academy of Sciences\, where 
 he specialises in advanced research on cell membranes. Within the EOSC CZ 
 initiative\, he coordinates the team responsible for automating the collec
 tion of (meta)data for the National Repository Platform. He also serves as
  Chair of the EOSC CZ MATECH Working Group and as the disciplinary ambassa
 dor to the international Research Data Alliance (RDA).\n \nDavid Novák H
 e is Head of the Department of Information Resources and Landscape Archaeo
 logy at the Institute of Archaeology of the Czech Academy of Sciences\, Pr
 ague. His current research focuses primarily on the digital humanities\, t
 he application of digital methods and tools in archaeology\, and the manag
 ement of digital research data. He has long served as the principal admini
 strator of the Archaeological Information System of the Czech Republic (AI
