Poster Seassion Info:
The EOSC CZ initiative is organizing the EOSC CZ Conference in Ostrava on December 2–3, 2025.
For the first time, the conference will include a competitive poster session!
The competition will take place in three categories:
Category 1: Secondary use of research data
Category 2: My own FAIR research data
Category 3: Use case of creating/using/promoting NDI tools/services
Conditions of Participation
The poster session is open to researchers, students, support staff, technical staff, and other active (as well as not yet active) participants of the EOSC CZ initiative who submit their application and abstract in the required format by the specified deadline. In the application form, please indicate which category your poster belongs to. The deadline for registering for the poster session is October 15, 2025.
You can find the abstract template in English, in the required format, in the materials section at the bottom right.
Award of the best
At the end of the conference, the authors of the best posters in each category will receive valuable prizes. In addition, the expert committee will select the overall winning poster of the conference, and its author will be awarded a cash prize.
